Terms of the Artist
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
GENERAL
Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with credit "@artxcol", or prints for yourself, but may not be used for profit withoit prior agreement.
AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. I do not permit my artworks to be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted NFTs. I will be using Glaze and Nightshade to protect my finished commissioned artworks.
I serve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
Communication is important, if I do not receive a response within 1 week after the sketch is sent, I will procees and deliver the artwork as is.
You receive 2 Free Revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
PAYMENTS & FEES
All payments are upfront in full through the agreed payment option (GCash, Bank Transfer, PayPal.)
Payments should be paid fully within 1 week before I start the sketch or your slot will be revoked.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
Complexity Fee is between $10-100 for all Commissions.
If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial use AFTER a commission timeline, the base prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD).
REVISIONS
Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error or shortcoming on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity.
Updates will be sent if delays occur.
If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $20 USD. You will have to DM me that you wish for a Rush Fee.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI, the artist, retain all the rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my Portfolio.
Create prints/merchandise (for fan art commissions only).
Exceptions:
If NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.
